About the Role

Location: Fulwood, Preston

Contract: Fixed Term Until 24 December 2025

Hours: 37 hours per week

Pay: £12.21 per hour (for applicants aged 18 and over)

We’re looking for friendly, passionate, and customer-focused individuals to join our busy Customer Service team in Fulwood, Preston.

This is a fixed-term contract until 24 December 2025, working 37 hours per week.

Please note: Successful applicants must be available full-time (37hrs) during the following mandatory training weeks:

•01/09/2025 – 05/09/2025

•22/09/2025 – 26/09/2025

In this varied and exciting role, you’ll act as an ambassador for Lakeland, delivering exceptional service and expert product knowledge at every step of the customer journey. You’ll support the wider Customer Service team in achieving its goals and provide a consistently extraordinary customer experience with every contact—going above and beyond to delight our customers.

You’ll bring a ‘selling through service’ approach to every interaction, recommending the right products and ensuring our customers enjoy not only amazing products but also first-class experiences.

About Lakeland

Founded in the early 60s, with the same strong values of quality and customer care now as when we first started. From selling plastic bags for home freezing from the Rayner family garage in Windermere, to over 4000 kitchen and home products today, Lakeland has grown to the extent that we now send out thousands of parcels a day from our Kendal despatch centre, and we have stores nationwide, stretching from Aberdeen to Exeter, with more in the pipeline.
